community.fortios.fmgr_device_config module – Edit device configurations
Note
This module is part of the community.fortios collection (version 1.0.0).
You might already have this collection installed if you are using the ansible
package.
It is not included in ansible-core
.
To check whether it is installed, run ansible-galaxy collection list
.
To install it, use: ansible-galaxy collection install community.fortios
.
To use it in a playbook, specify: community.fortios.fmgr_device_config
.
Parameters
Parameter |
Comments |

The ADOM the configuration should belong to. Default: “root” |

The device’s new hostname. |
|
The unique device’s name that you are editing. A.K.A. Friendly name of the device in FortiManager. |
|
Tells FMGR to attempt to install the config after making it. Default: “disable” |
|
The interface/port number you are editing. |
|
Specify what protocols are allowed on the interface, comma-separated list (see examples). |
|
The IP and subnet of the interface/port you are editing. |
