community.general.ohai module – Returns inventory data from Ohai

You might already have this collection installed if you are using the ansible

It is not included in ansible-core
.
To check whether it is installed, run ansible-galaxy collection list

To install it, use: ansible-galaxy collection install community.general

To use it in a playbook, specify: community.general.ohai

Synopsis
Similar to the community.general.facter module, this runs the Ohai discovery program (https://docs.chef.io/ohai.html) on the remote host and returns JSON inventory data. Ohai data is a bit more verbose and nested than facter.
