community.digitalocean.digital_ocean_sshkey – Manage DigitalOcean SSH keys

Note

This plugin is part of the community.digitalocean collection (version 1.13.0).

You might already have this collection installed if you are using the ansible package. It is not included in ansible-core. To check whether it is installed, run ansible-galaxy collection list.

To install it, use: ansible-galaxy collection install community.digitalocean.

To use it in a playbook, specify: community.digitalocean.digital_ocean_sshkey.

Synopsis

  • Create/delete DigitalOcean SSH keys.

Requirements

The below requirements are needed on the host that executes this module.

  • python >= 2.6

Parameters

fingerprint

aliases: id

string

This is a unique identifier for the SSH key used to delete a key

name

string

The name for the SSH key

oauth_token

string / required

DigitalOcean OAuth token.

ssh_pub_key

string

The Public SSH key to add.

state

string

Indicate desired state of the target.

Choices:

  • present ← (default)

  • absent

timeout

integer

The timeout in seconds used for polling DigitalOcean’s API.

Default: 30

validate_certs

boolean

If set to no, the SSL certificates will not be validated.

This should only set to no used on personally controlled sites using self-signed certificates.

Choices:

  • no

  • yes ← (default)

Note

  • Version 2 of DigitalOcean API is used.
